Dear CFDIA member,

The Board of Directors has deicided, along with input from you, the members, to discontinue the general mailing of meeting announcments. With the advances in technology and the fact that nearly all our members have internet access, we are looking at this as an opportunity to help control costs within the organization and consequently maintain the same level of dues commitment from the membership. While they say "death and taxes" are the only sure things, postal rate increases are right up there!

To announce the meetings we will be utilizing a general email to each of you on a monthly basis as a reminder. We will be posting the dates and program information on this website www.cfdia.com. Lastly, we will utilize the Connectciut Fire Academy listserv as another means of notification.

It is very important that you notify us of your email address and any changes that may occur. These addresses will not be used outside of our organization.

Over the last year, we have sent out several emails to the members for whom we have addresses. If you have not received anything, it is likely we do not have a current addressfor you. If you still require a paper notice of the meetings, please contact me directly and I will resolve it for you. However, unless you call specifically for this request, we will be unable to mail a special notice.
